This spammer is driving me nuts. It's the same system calling from all different numbers with a combination of political messages, recordings from radio stations, and offering "promotions" on a never ending recording. They go into our automated system and bounce around for 20 minutes, leaving long messages that fill up our mailbox and keep our phone lines un-usable. They have been increasing in frequency, and some of the calls come in at 1am! They are costing our business time and money.
