Just get a call from them. Speak Spanish and have clue about spanish

This number called me, I didn't answer, I called back and it said it was a non working number. WTF!

Same spanish phone call. I had problem to end the call!

A Spanish woman was speaking,  which sounded automated. I hung up. This was the first time I received a call from this number.

I always answer 319 as i grew up in CedarRapids and I have tons of family in IA. Today this was a Spanish recorder. Been getting alot of these recently from 319 #s.
