I'm getting calls on both my cell phones, I refuse to answer anymore as they hang up as soon as I speak.  I cannot hardly understand them....please file a complaint

Some idiot saying my son is in the Waterloo Iowa jail and he needs 2000.00 for bail, I told them let him rot in jail.. They said you would let your son go to jail, I said yes since I have no son and never had a son.
