If you have a cellphone it is easier to block these numbers. You can with a andriod, blackberry or iphone. You can always google how do I block a phone number with my ___(put your type of phone in). I use a call blocked pro ap for my Blackberry. Hope this helps.

This number called me 2 minutes ago. It was a female voice that said, "Congratulations..." then I hung up.

Yes, it is a scam. That is why, if you call back, it is a disconnected number or cannot be reached as dialed...

It isn't that actual person, but scammers who are using that number to scam...

I missed a call from this number.  I called later and a message said it was not a working number.
