Who called from 3199832121

Got a call today from this no, no voice message left.

Just four minutes ago I got a call from this number.  Out of curiousity, I called it back two minutes ago and it said it was not in service.

Wondered who this was

Same deal. Missed the call, called back and it had been disconnected. Called back with a 1 before the area code and the line was busy... very odd

Got a call from this number, tried to call it back- error message saying my call could not be completed at this time & to try again later. No Voicemail left.
