This person called last night claiming my business listing on Google was having issues and that I need to pay for a permanent listing. Google doesn't charge for permanent listings. He became argumentative and pushy when I told him I wanted to do my own research. He also tried telling me I could chargeback the purchase later if I wanted...which businesses can't do. Definitely a scam.
