Who called from 3202076060

The person on the other end, from this number, was extremely rude when I asked to be taken off the call list. His exact words were "no" and when I said "excuse me?" He stated "I'm very articulate and didn't stutter. I said no". Then hung up on me.

Have asked repeatedly for these people to stop calling me all hours of the day. Also have followed the prompt at beginning to be taken off the list over 30 times. Fed up and frustrated.
