Who called from 3202076928

Unfamiliar number. CID said "Unassigned." Left some BS message about arrest warrent. I blocked the number.
And BTW, why doesn't the "Call type" list include "Scam" or something similar? Nothing on the list applies to obvious scammers.

Couldn't catch all of the message because of poor connection but something about "final notice". Likely scam. Call was from Hinkley, MN.

Said this call is to inform you that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you please all for more info. BS
