2nd phone call received didn't answer and they left no voicemail

I stopped answering numbers I don't know. I'm guessing this was the lowlife credit card scammers again. They never stop.

Called when I was out and didn't leave a message

This number called my cell phone, since I did not recognize the number I did not answer and they left no message.  Probably another scammer.
