Who called from 3202292403

I have no idea who this was or why the called but I have 2 missed calls from them

I believe it is for Richard D. Seierstad Esq.  225 North Benton Drive Suite 209 Saulk Rapids MN 56379.
He is a lawyer who seems to try to collect money, and is possibly associated with another collection agency.  He also sent out garnishment of wages paperwork, not court ordered with an employee's social security number, full number on it.  I am checking into whether this is correct practice for garnishments.  Something doesn't seem quite right.

I believe you are correct. They been hounding me for 3 yrs over 130  bucks

I have received numerous calls from this number for someone else, whom I do not know. As soon as I say I do not know this guy they are calling for they hang up and continue to call and act like im lying!
