Who called from 3202294200

This is Capital One bank - which took over ING Direct.  They were calling me about a mortgage refinance I had submitted.

This number claimed to be capital one and wanted me to answer my security questions or enter my pin.  That is a sign of a scam.  I called back and it was legit.

I was skeptical about getting a call from someone who claimed to be my bank and wanted my PIN but it was legitimate.

It's not a scam. I have a Capital One 360 account and tried to add my Fiance to my accounts on line and it generated a ticket to the security team at Cap One. All they wanted was to verify my Finance's id to make sure she is who she says she is. Glad they take the extra steps to protect me.

This is Cap One. The problem is, they call you unsolicited and request you to verify the last 4 digits of your SS# and date of birth. That is crazy!!!!  It could be anyone calling and stating they are any bank / institution. Their security team is awful. I transferred all funds and closed all my accounts (originally ING) due to their actions and unprofessional approach to their business. Stay away!!!
