Incoming call to cell phone shows the number 320-229-7361 visible on the caller I.D., but then after about four rings the call drops. If you call back to that number using the cell phone, there is no ring heard, and the call drops after about 8 seconds. If you call back to that number from a land line there is about a 10 second silent pause, and then a constant busy signal.
