I worked for universal power marketing a few years back. they are a telemarketing company that sells a "shopping spree card". They work with companies and resturants in the town you live in, all around the us, and offer great deals, ex. 2 for 1's at different resturants, free oil changes, free rentals, etc..) and tons of free stuff, with this shopping spree card...
I get hang up calls every other day or so from these jerks. I've tried calling back but can't get through to anyone. Today I said hello in my friendliest voice, hoping they would not hang up. After I said hello a couple times, someone finally responded hello, then they hung up. I file a complaint with www.donotcall.gov every time, but who knows if that will ever get me anywhere. What is the deal with these idiots? If anyone finally figures out who this number really belongs to, please post contact information!
I finaly answered the phone and talked to these people. They are a third party seller. I was asked if I was intrested in changing my company's phone service. I told them I was a privet residence. They were shocked. I also told them to remove my name from they're calling list. This is the company we all are so piss'd at." http://www.universalpowergroup.com/main/home.aspx " Tell them to STOP bothering people.
