Who called from 3202559997

Don't know who this is and when I pushed 1 "for the next available operator" I was put on hold for several minutes.  Would like to block this number....they have called several times

320-255-9997 calls, rings once and if you call it back, the recoding says, disconnected number.

Unknown number and calls consistently. Should be a way my telephone service could block it
