So what if they call. You know the number now, just don't answer it.
It doesn't bother me. I won't answer any call that I don't recognize or seems suspicious.
If you've asked them to stop calling you they must stop...otherwise, should you want to go to court and you have documented proof (your bill) that they haven't, you can be awarded $1500.00 per call. Just recently, a woman that had been harassed by the bank that held the paperwork on her mortgage was awarded a million dollars by the judge. It made the news. You may be able to look it up online by doing a search. Good luck...
Each call they make to you after you've asked them to stop calling you is worth $1500.00 that is if you take them to court. I think you file it with Small Claims even if they've called you a hundred times after you asked them to stop. I don't know what the limit is in Small Claims where you live; I think it's usually under $5000.00, the judge can actually award you more (for instance, $1500 x 100 is quite a bit more) than the stated limit.
A woman just recently was awarded ( http://www.inquisitr.com/1673913/couple-wins- ... rtgage-lawsuit/ ) a million dollars from BofA because of phone calls that were deemed to be harassment.
