These people call frequently.  

Yes, I do believe they are debt collectors, but hey, Mr. Level 3 Communications, LLC-MN, remember, it's a VIOLATION of FEDERAL LAW to try can call me on Sundays... keep it up and you will not only be paying any alleged debt that I owe, YOU WILL BE PAYING ME, TOO!

I just recieved a text from 320-310-6058 and it says "Hey iwas just on the internet ad found your name on a failure to appear list. Call this 24 hr # to take care of this ASAP 704-319-7254. Idid a reverse search to find this Level three communicayions llc, mn. I will be seeking legal advice in am. This to me sounds threatenig and intimidating and on my cell phone. NOT TOO BRIGHT IDIOTS

If you call the number back, it says "Vision Financial" and that is attempting to collect a debt....

Called this number back after calling and hanging up on me.  VISION Financial
