Who called from 3203390702

The caller ID reads "Wireless Caller" so I answered.  No one there.

Sharon Jones requested a call back to phone # 688-6337, no area code given. I checked the # with 320 area code. Unable to locate owner of number.

Answered, heard background noise said "HELLO? HELLO? ANYONE THERE???" Was just about to hang up, and some idiot asked for "Charlie".  Pressed the big red BLOCK NOW button on my CPR Call Blocker, and I'll never hear from them again.

No, no Charlie here. And they were using a cell phone to call, not a landline.
