A message states they are with "Card Services" and there is no problem with your credit card, but they have a way to get your interest rate down to as low as 6.9%. They throw in a little bit of urgency and say you have to act now, and to "consider this your final notification". They prompt you to press 1 if you are interested. After pressing 1 I was transferred to some guy that asked how I was today. I told him fine then asked how he got my number. I was promptly hung up on. Bottom feeding, scumbag, scammers AND rude. Just can't get less likable than that.
Scammers obviously calling from VoIP line (based on the terrible voice quality), claiming I am eligible for 0% APR on __ALL__ my credit cards. I was barely able not to burst into laughing - seriously, all my 26 credit cards from 11 banks are instantly eligible for 0% APR? Wow, lol...
