it's a scam. If you don't have any debt that you know. don't give them your name or any information. Ask them to give you their info. they will hung up...
This is a collections agency, Array Services, which showed up on caller id . . . the gal who called was nice - I didn't hear the usual "party noises" of a cube farm in the background. Politely asked for an employee (who I've received collections calls for before) so this was no surprise. Not the usual type of collection call I'm used to.
