this caller has been calling for several days...calls 3 times within a 10 minute time-frame, then waits about 45 minutes and calls once more.  NEVER leaves a message.  We are on the DNC list and do not answer toll free or unknown callers.  

Get a clue and if you are a business, leave a message.
