Who called from 3210006439

Called me as Card Services offering to lower my interst rates but when I asked what company they represented, they hung up.

This number cvalls my house all the time with a recorded offer but when I select 9 at the end of the message to talk to a rep, i ask what company they are with and they hang up one me.  Who are they?

I have got this call 3 times. Each time I have told them I am on the do not call list. Each time I have been hung up on without even a apology. What can be done to stop this????

I was on the phone and received a call from 321-000-6439.
They were sent to the recorder but left no message.  
Considering what is written above, it's the usual scam, so I am not calling them back.  I'm on the Do-Not-Call list, which they do not respect.

These people just called me and so I also pressed "9", but not to ask to have my interest rate lowered. I wanted to tell them to stop calling me. When I said I want to be taken off the calling list, she slammed the phone down on me. WHAT good are the do not call lists if people don't have to abide by them? I'm on both the TN AND the National Do Not Call List, for what good it does.
