Robot call saying something to the effect: "You qualify for home energy savings, press 1 to speak to a representative."
Does not offer to get off of their calling list.
Caller ID says "NAME NOT FOUND"

Robocall scamming energy rebates. Same as above:

No message.  Call back gets "the number you have called is not in service."  That spells SCAM in very big letters. So it is blocked.

Same, I am on the no call list and still get these parasitic calls.

Have not gotten a call from this scammer, but I do live in St Cloud, FL and know the UPS Store is located there.  It used to be Mail Boxes, Etc. location, but they changed the name.  It is across the street from Wal Mart on Hwy 192 (also called 13th St)
Can`t see why the government ignores scammers like this.  
Just place an undercover cop in the store and wait until the a**hole shows up to pick up his/her mail from mailbox and arrest them.  Down here, they will get to know Bubba or Bubbette while waiting for bail to be set.
