Who called from 3211316374

Hi, i'm from belgium with that number, Every evening and night i have English calls from english talking People and they want me to stop calling them. I never did a call to another country. So i have to give up my number some day if this don't stop. From some dark reason the caller ID is +3211316374 instead of +13211316374. So they all call to me here in Belgium (country code +32) More info : [email protected]

Hang up. Bogus number I suspect, returned call, nothing.

Claimed to be calling from GE and inquiring about a home security system that I may have. (I thought that was odd) Asked this man with a heavy accent where he was going with this, he called me a b***h and hung up.

This  "GE and Honeywell Manufacturer" is SO annoying and rude.  The girl "Rose Taylor" with the heaviest of accents told me to buy an attitude from them and hung up after I told them they keep calling and we don't even use that kind of system.  They are scammers and I can't figure out how to stop these dumb calls.
