Received a call from this number purporting to represent Microsoft. I believe they are a form of an "eventvwr" scam that can easily be looked up on Utube or google. Callers had very heavy accents and I told them I was reporting them to the police. Ultimately they will want to take remote control of your computer and sell you support - All this from someone making a cold call - not very likely to be real
