This number called my Chgo line at 7am.  I let it go to voicemail.  Message that was left was 2 seconds long and garbled or scratchy.  Sounded horrible!  I called back thinking it was a number I recognized and got a recording saying that mailbox was full. It identified other than a 3 digit number said by an automated voice.  I hang up and within 2 minutes received another call from same number. Again, I let it go to voicemail and received another garbled message.  This happened once more for a total of 3 weird messages left. It's now 8:22a and haven't received any more calls yet.
