Got a call just now. 3- rings,hung up & left no message

This 321-203-1870 called my land line.   Caller ID said "Medicare Update"   I did not answer and they did not leave a message.   Looks like SCAME to me,  because Medicare will never call you suddenly ... they always mail you a letter, so they have everything in writing.

Call came in at 10 a.m. . Caller ID read "Florida Call". I never answer numbers that I don't know.
