IRS scammers saying there's an arrest warrant.

He gave me a rim job over the phone and called it even.  Clowns.  His mama was jobbing him at the same time.

Scammer impersonating IRS.  Knows your name and has some info about your tax return.  Said I committed fraud and owed IRS over $2K & that arrest warrant has been issued ... wanted immediate payment to kill the arrest warrant.  Person on phone sounded like he was from India.
