they wanted my credit card number to lower the rates, funny because I don't have one

Got a number of calls no ones ever there. If I wait it just hangs up.

No message was left, but it calls home and cell?

I answered and got hung up on.

I did not answer the call - but they actually left an automated message asking me to call them back.  They did not disclose who they were.  I won't be calling them back
