WHEN I ASKED HIM SOMETHING ABOUT LAW...HE HUNG UP MY CALL.I REPORTED THIS NUMBER TO FBI AND BBB,I GOT THE UPDATE FROM THEM THAT THEY ARE CALLING FROM INDIA OR MIDDLE EAST USING VOIP AND PREPAID NUMBERS.THEY ASKED PEOPLE TO SETTLE THEIR PAYDAY LOANS AND DOING FRAUD WITH THEM.

Report the calls to your local law enforcement, the FTC, the FBI, Dept of Justice and your state's Attorney General. It is a violation of the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) to threaten people with lawsuits, jail and losing their job. Plus, if you did have a lawsuit against you, they wouldn't call you - you'd receive court summons via court process server who would just show up and hand you the papers (or via certified or registered mail in some cases). Debt is civil, not criminal, so you will not go to jail for failure to pay back a debt (assuming you even owe this debt).
Callers who refuse to send proof that you owe this debt and that they have the legal right to collect said debt, are owed nothing, per the FDCPA. Record any calls they make to you, and let them know your own attorney will be filing suit against them for multiple violations of the FDCPA (doesn't matter if you don't have an attorney or not).
Thanks, I told him that if I was being sued that I would have been summoned by mail or in person. Not over the phone by someone the I can't understand. Then he went on to say that he can and will go to my employer since I so rude. I laughed and he hung up. But thanks again on the numbers to contact.
