Who called from 3212423071

called 2x no message

Solar Co. trying to sale something.

when i returned the call, it was a discounted number recording.

Let it go to voice mail.  No message.  Called the number back....said it was disconnected.  Tired of these calls!!!!

This phone number called me, when I picked up and said 'hello' nobody was there. Very annoying.
