A scam, probably also a spoofing. They ofer some sort of degree and to press one to get with a scamers or 3 to be removed, I didn't press any. No College or University mentioned, just to talk with a rep for a free carrear consultation (sure...).

ID displayed BK Agency for the number, but probably cause they spoofed it.
