I also am getting this calls. I do not pick up and when they leave a message all it says is regarding a personal matter and give me part of a number to call back. I have blocked them now so maybe it won't happen again. I have no ideal who they are

I answered and it was an automated voice asking to press 0 if I was who I am. So I did, then some rude lady gets on the phone saying there was a claim against me and she repeated the last 4 of my social then asked me to verify it. I asked her what company put in a claim against me, she said I would have to verify my social before she told me. I said no I do not, if you're not going to tell me who the claim is from then put me on your do not call list. She said ok we'll proceed with the claim and hung up on me.
