Yes I am getting these guys too....all a scam saying irs US Treasury....don't buy into it. I'm actually attempting to call them back and record me trolling them for a change,,,,did it once on a jamaican guy telling me i won mega millions lotto

Just received this scam call from "Bennett Gray" from the treasury dept., warning me that if I do not respond, I could end up in front of a Magistrate for a Grand Jury for a federal offense! Tried calling back to see who answers and phone message says no one is available. Wanted to get his scam info and threaten him with my tax attorney!

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
We got this message also on our home phone. Would like to get the FBI in on this and have them shut the door on this crap. I think they were targeting my dad who lives at this number and is 84 years old. Of course it is all BS.
