Pre recorded message saying that they were trying to reach 'you' to verify information regarding a case filed for mediation and to press 1 to speak with the mediator.
1st message was a more critical and urgent tone but equally as vague. They almost certainly have no idea who they are calling. Don't give them any information. If not persuaded by the info online to simply ignore or block the calls, don't give them any info. Ask them to tell you who they're trying to contact. If they ask for other information, tell them you will 'verify' information but will not provide them with information. 'What are the last 4 of my social? Give me what you have along with some random 4 digit numbers and I'll tell you which was correct.' Etc.
