Received an offer to "rent" out my RCI connection associated with my property in Colorado.  The deal : $1500.00 per week for up to four weeks.  Catch : pay for rental expenses including exchanges, permits, etc ... totaling $1899.00.  BUT I get it ALL back plus the "rental" of $6000.00.  Now is this too good to be true?  I don't want to spend $1899.00 to find out!  What would you do?
