Answered call from 321-252-5517 (Caller ID: Frankie Davis) at 3:15pm on 06/13/2017 on office phone at work. Was woman with light Indian accent but could understand her ok. Said her name was “Karen” from Low-Cost Insurance Solutions. Asked for business owner by first name. Told her they were unavailable. She said that wasn’t important – just needed to speak to anyone who worked there. Asked for my name. Gave her my first name. She went on to ask what type of insurance plans I had, how much my payments were, if I was getting any government subsidiaries, who my provider was, etc… Kept telling her I didn’t have that info ready & would have to look it up. She kept using my first name as if she was my mother and was scolding me for not telling her what she wanted to know outright. Meanwhile, was missing legitimate calls from customers. Kept telling her I really had to go & couldn’t stay on the line. She kept saying she wanted me to take a quick survey that would take less than a minute. Kept saying I had to go. Offered to call her back if she would give me a call-back #. She finally said good-bye & hung up. Was annoyed that they were keeping me from my work. Won’t be answering this # again.
