this is definately a scam. they tried to tell me I would be arrested for giving a fake e-mail address, which I never did. They wanted my account info. so I could pay them back. I gave them nothing. Do not be scammed!!
More telephone fake payday loan collection scammers!! Said his name was Andy Humes and that he was from a lawyer's office calling in reference to my past due payday loan. Said the authories would be coming to my home or my job if I didn't take care of this matter at once. Very heavy east indian accent. Lots of noise and other talking in the background like hundreds of people sitting in call center calling and harrassing other people as well. Called my loan company and there is no problem. They are not suing me and my loan is not past due. They said lots of their customers have gotten these phone calls from these scammers. Do NOT believe them and do not give out any personal or banking info. to them!!
