When they are called at that line, you always get a "receptionist" who works in some sort of call center (one call I was able to hear other people and computers in the background) who refuses to forward the call to anyone under any circumstances, instead asking you to leave a message for someone to call you back. They never call back.
This is a travel scam. Leave them on hold for as long as possible to waste their time.
