I got a call from 3212791387, I asked how can Obama care help me. They hung up. I called the number back and it said that it was a non working number. 3212701387.
Never ever call an unknown caller back. Especially if you have voicemail or an answering machine. If you don't recognize the number, don't call it back. The number is spoofed/fake for a reason. Criminals want you to act on impulse. Calling them back would give you time to think about it. Criminals want to doop you when you least expect it.
Furthermore, obamacare open enrollment ended on feb 15, 2015. These criminals are phishing/looking for your personal information.
Never ever give out personal information over the phone. Report the call and warn others. Beware and be smart folks.
