Received call shortly after noon that was basically the same as described by silver fox above. The caller ID showed the call to be from TAI which appears to be a timeshare resale operation. According to the TAI website they do not make unsolicited calls but this one was NOT solicited.
I got a call from them last night at 9:41 p.m. They were wanting to know if we felt the timeshares we purchased were misrepresented to us in the purchase presentation.
Called 11:06am. Representative from a time share advocacy group who stated that some time share purchases from Spinnaker were fraudulently sold and purchase misrepresented and the group could recoup the maintenance fees, purchase money, etc. Proceeded to ask questions about the length of the presentation and if satisfied with purchase.
