I didn't answer this time-but I've had every scenario(just about)listed here. We DO need to file complaints. I, also, am on the Federal Do Not Call List and if enough of us complain, they could be shut down. So here's our chance to fight back!

Oh, and as a former telemarketer -- those hang-up calls are because the person is in a call center using a phone dialer. The phone dialer calls multiple numbers at the same time, whoever is unlucky enough to pick up first gets the call, the rest are terminated.
