They ask many times for your name even before than identifyng them self. If you owe money to any debt big or small and they are trying to ruin your day...dont get panic just send them a cease and decease letter via certified mail. it is a collector. but it is a law firm,  not a bogus rent a attorney type thing. they will and do file on you.
