She called my business and I guess I gave her the FBI treatment too because she told me I would never have any business because I am so rude. She asked if we were still having vibration issues with our brake lathe and I told her our lathe is fine. She said. "Of course, it's fine. It's an Aamco." She never could tell me what she wanted and I hung up. Very rude person.

She was very confused on why I continued to ask the nature of her call (specifics please!) prior to connecting her with the person she requested to speak with. I gave her the 'FBI treatment' (her words) - I like that phrase and will be using that one. Thanks Linda!

So incredibly rude every time she calls!!! After she hung up on me I called back and left a message that she will never get our business and to not call again.
Linda from Amco Brake Lathes called. When I asked the nature of the call she said to address the changes to the Amco brake lathe. I asked what changes and she said to turn rotors, my reply was it has always turned rotors.
How can that change??? Should it be able to install pads and bleed the system, now?
She said 'this should not be this difficult' and hung up on me.
Called from this number form "performance brake lathe" (they are out of business) After insisting on talking with someone else I was called a "[***] Idiot" I was unlikely to do business with a company that cold calls like this. After this interaction there is no way that I would purchase anything from them, or her.
