There was a message left by a machine stating that he was Officer John and we needed to call back as soon as we received this message. It was a matter of urgency.

Same call, but first part cut off by voice mail.

got ivr call from some idiot pretending to be US treasury officer who said there was an arrest warrant out for me.
this is a SCAM

Same thing happened to me. After refusing to give my name and me asking questions he hung up.
