They are using both the 321 and the 904 area codes. The 904 area code is supposed to be the supervisor named Shawn. He is a ball of hot air too.
I am trying to report this to the authorities, however no one knows where to send me - and once again these thieves will get away with stealing money from hard working store owners.
Does anyone know of anything we can do to STOP this activity.
This is a unscrupulous merchant processing company that calls merchants to TRICK THEM INTO DOWNLOADING THEIR CREDIT CARD TERMINALS TO PICK UP "CRITICAL UPDATES" . By doing so, YOU HAVE UNKNOWINGLY CHANGED YOUR CREDIT PROCESSOR TO THEIR COMPANY! AKA, ADVANCED MERCHANT SERVICES
DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THEIR SCAM! INSTEAD, REPORT THEM TO THE LOCAL PROSECUTING ATTORNEY'S OFFICE IN YOUR CITY & THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE.
Caller left voice mail telling me my terminal was out dated. I don't use a terminal, I use a card reader and I don't use their services. I'm sure the company I do use would have contacted me about updates.
