Who called from 3212969648

Got call displaying this caller ID 2 minutes after a call displaying M Krupa at 321-951-0928.  That is reported as a scam call.  Coincidence that the two calls were 2 minutes apart and from same area code?

spammer...do not answer and block the number

Called me and hung up on the answering machine. Now blocked assuming it was a scammer.

Scammer stated he was calling about the upcoming increase in electric rates.
I asked who my electric company was.
I asked who his company was.
I asked for his supeevisor name.
He couldnt answer anything and always went back to the script.

Unknown male called, didn't identify, looking for "Muriel....". When told they had a wrong number, he said "Oh, this isn't <address>?" (So, Muriel, they're giving out your address to strangers...)
Then went into a "Oh, well, I'll sell this to you, then... " Something about saving 30% off my power bill.  I told him I was entirely solar powered and didn't have a power bill, and hung up.
