RCI is a timeshare company. This is a telemarketing call, but they employ auto-dialers and their reps sit there waiting for a call to answer. There's going to be a delay when you pick up and if you don't they won't leave a message. If you answer and ask to be taken off their list, they should comply. If you don't answer or simply hang up, they will call you forever.
Also, these telemarketers are very low level employees. Some are young and some are unable to find employment anywhere else due to not having any skills. Either way, this is how they get paid and stay off welfare. We want this country to be great again, but look around at this gangly mob of untalented slackers. Can't have a low unemployment rate without the slobs of the workforce holding jobs such as this. There are too many people. Deal with it.
