What a relief they nolonger call me I also received a PIF letter and they also reported to the credit bureau and now is showing on my report that it is paid. SO GET YOU FACTS STRAIGHT. PAY UR DEBT

I received a call from 321-304-2496 they claimed that I had a bad check that i had written back in 2008 to a pay day loan place for 1800 dollars and they had hired them to collect it from me,my husband had just passed away and i wasn't in any mood to talk to them at the moment. well one lady had me to hold on and she came back and told me that she had got it down to 500 dollars.and i was to pay 50 dollars that day and the rest the last of the month which would have been 450 dollars.I informed her that i was on a fixed income and that in did not know at the time how much i would be getting each month.I do not remember writing a check for the amount she said or writing one period.
she told me that i could be arrested and prosecuted and that i would have to go before a judge and have to pay a lot more than that.stupid me i gave her my debit card number and they did take 50 dollar out of my checking account.and i went that day and got a new card
