I've received a phone call from this number along with 1-949-527-1674 and it's from the same "company". I talked to this person and I believe it's a scam, but I'm just going off of other people's posts from the 949 #. It's a guy named Stephen Murray and he works for Card Account Services. He references the website www.mylirc.com. They claim to be a company that can lower the interest rate on your credit cards.
