Pressing any button seems to put me in a queue to talk to someone, but never seems to go thru.
I'm on the do not call list, which would be enforced by the government, excepting that the entire bureau has been gutted by the last administration. Not to worry though... when I find the location...
Yes, it's a scam. I have been receiving frequent calls from this number, and voice messages are left about "lowering my interest rate." Predators, to put it mildly.
Company places a robo-call using a recorded message without anyone on the line (this is illegal) then states that you can press "1" to talk to someone. They claim to be "Credit Card Services" and state that they will lower your interest rates. This is just a scam. A legitimate call would, first off, have a person on the line, and second would answer questions...
"Card holder services" - alleging that it's vital to maintain my credit cards. I have pressed the opt-out button more than once for these people - who ignore my registration w/ the Do Not Call list.
